Milestone Birthday

Kelly turned the little "4" "0" a few weeks ago.  If you ask me he hardly looks a day older ; )

We surprised Kelly with a plethora of notes from family and friends letting him know what a special guy he was, how much he is thought of by them, and lot's of fun memories shared.  It was fun to see all of the fun notes and memories.  I think Kelly was truly touched by the out-pouring of thoughtful words.  In celebration that evening we tried out a restaurant in the valley that we hadn't visited yet, Callaway's,  which turned out to be fabulous.

Easter Weekend

We had a splendid weekend in Boise full of family, fun & beautiful Spring weather.  Ethan and Ellie always look forward to spending time with their cousins and this weekend was no exception.

Afternoon at the Zoo

We joined grandma, aunts, uncle, and cousins for an afternoon at the zoo.  With it being a beautiful spring day the zoo was the busiest I've ever seen it, but a good time was still had by all.

Later the kids talked Grandpa into starting a fire so everyone could enjoy SMORES!

Easter Egg Hunt

We can't be at Grandma's for Easter without having an Easter Egg hunt.

The two smallest cousins got a head start.

Trading eggs for a prize from Grandma is always profitable.

Ellie loves visiting with Great-Grandma.

Great Grandma & Grandpa Larson were treated with a special portrait drawn by Elisabeth.  I just love her attention to detail.
