Thanksgiving

This year stayed close to home most of Thanksgiving break, but headed up to Burley to meet up with some of the family for the day.  We had some snow, but not too much to keep us from making it for dinner and family fun.

Surprisingly there was more snow up in Idaho than we had in Cache Valley.

When we finally arrived the kids were all ready to eat - first ones to the table.

Great Grandma and Great Grandpa enjoyed their meal and a nice little nap afterward

. . . . . . . . so did everyone else.

With all the snow on the ground and the rare "windless" day in Southern Idaho, the cousins all had a blast playing in the snow all afternoon.

Grandma brought gingerbread houses for everyone to decorate, so the kids took some time to warm up and create their masterpieces.

I think we are all in consensus in how much we love this time of year.  It's always fun to get together with family, especially cousins, and make family memories.  So grateful for such a wonderful family!!

Moments

Most days these two get along so well.

Elisabeth loves her big brother so much!!  I love seeing the bond between these to grow closer and closer as time goes on.

Elisabeth got a hair cut and wanted to take a picture so she could remember what it looks like for next time.
