I love that she can find the beauty of this world all around her.

The waterfall up Prov Canyon
We took a family ride in the Rhino up to the falls in Providence Canyon. This was a great time as there was still so much water running down.
All smiles
Summer Solstice Sunrise to Sunset
First day of summer started with a beautiful sunrise.
Ethan started up with summer running for cross country which means 5:30 alarm for 6am running every week day in the summer. As far as I know (I've asked) he doesn't mind having his mom tag along for the morning runs.
This memory popped up on my phone today.
This picture happened only a few weeks after my mom passed which I can't believe was 4 years ago. I remember the rainbow being a reminder of hope and faith when I was feeling sad and missing my mom.
The evening of this first day of summer was spent with Cooper and Ellie on a sunset walk. We took Coop to Coop's Loop and Ellie took some more pictures trying to capture the perfect shot. I just loved spending the time with her and enjoying the beauty all around.
We ended our day with our own copy cat homemade virgin Pina Colada
Part of your world
Ellie and I enjoyed an evening at Four Season's production of the Little Mermaid.
Our friends Holly and Jessi (Ellie's BFF) were able to join us.
Ursula, played by a gentleman, was one of the best character performances.
This girl makes me laugh. I always find random selfies of her. She loves attending these performances and will spend hours (if you totaled the time) browsing the program learning all about the actors and actresses that are in the performance. She is especially interested in the younger cast members. In the case of this production she was quite intrigued by the boy who played founder.
Father's Day 2019
Happy Father's Day to Kelly.
We are so grateful for the loving, caring, be there anytime for anything dad and husband that you are.
We spent the afternoon on a hike up Richard's Hollow. Our intent was to hike the short 1-1.5 miles to a waterfall and enjoy the features along the way. We didn't end up at the actual waterfall (but didn't know that until after, we were actually only a quarter of a mile from the big fall), but we enjoyed the out doors with only a little whining and complaining.
Everyone tried out the rock chair that can be found around mile one.
checking out some other creations along the way
Thinking that this was the waterfall even though it was not as big as I had remembered.
Lovely view along the way.
Ellie has been really into "taking pretty pictures"
Here are a few that she took on this family afternoon Father's Day hike.
