We like to call Cooper "Albi" because we have determined that he is an albino yellow lab. Pink nose, pink eyes, pink skin, white hair. But he has won us all over and we all love him to death.
Even when we think he is trust worthy enough to leave home for a few hours while we go out to get some dinner, but come home to discover he is not quite ready to be left home alone with the Christmas Tree. This scene reminded us of one of our favorite little Christmas stories, "Twas the night before, the night before Christmas". He ended up opening a couple of presents and eating a few ornaments (which we assume eventually came out), they were wooden so the joke was on him (splinters?).
He found one of his presents.
When we asked "who did this?" Cooper was not good at hiding his guilt.
Our own Christmas lights tour at 5 a.m.
Taking Cooper out for a snowy trail run.
He loves getting out on the trails (despite the look on his face)
